Scholarship opportunity for African American youth ages 16-21.
Laptop computers or transportation assistance may also be awarded to scholarship recipients based on availability of funds and the presence of need. Fostering Success Michigan is a program of Educate Tomorrow that aims to increase access and success in higher education and post-college careers for youth with experience in foster care.
