Central Michigan University-Fostering Success Central

Fostering Success Central is a program and comprehensive network for access and support to serve applicants and enrolled students of Central Michigan University who have experienced foster care.  The primary goal is to ensure their academic success and degree attainment by providing concrete resources, as well as to provide a community of support and encouragement.  From financial aid, to year-round housing access, along with specialized academic and career advising and peer mentors, the program is intended to make its constituents fully a part of the student campus community, able to access all elements of the CMU educational experience, from undergraduate to graduate and professional school.  Beginning with admissions and financial aid application support all the way through degree attainment, eligible students have access to the resources they need to become successful members of our ongoing alumni network.  Pursue study abroad, internships, community service learning, and so much more!
