What is the Education Success Program?

The Education Success Program (ESP) is a program within the Michigan Youth Opportunity Initiative (MYOI) that provides support to help older youth who have transitioned out of the foster care system succeed in post-secondary educational programs and graduate

What education-related expenses can the 3:1 IDA Match be used for?

Tuition, application fees, books, computers, printers, software, study abroad, University activities & campus housing

Who is eligible to enroll in ESP?    

To be a part of ESP you must meet all of the following:
1. Currently enrolled in the Michigan Youth Opportunity Initiative (MYOI)
2. Age 21-24 (up to your 25th birthday)
3. Resident of Wayne County
4. Have an open IDA & save a minimum of $20.00 per month
