The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015 revamped the education system and replaced the No Child Left Behind Act. In addition, it’s the first federal education legislation to address the special needs of youth who have experienced foster care. See below for resource links and to the right for attachments!
This toolkit was originally created in 2017, and has been updated for 2019 with a new webinar, information, and additional resources!
