Single Point of Contacts - NAEHCY

The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) is designed to be a safe and supportive college administrator who is committed to helping unaccompanied homeless youth (UHY) and foster youth successfully navigate the college-going process.

What higher education Single Points of Contact do

Single points of contact will implement a streamlined process to facilitate communication and quick referral among the departments and services essential to student success on their campus.

SPOCs can be found in many departments at a university, like the financial aide office. For a complete list of SPOCs (including their name, phone number, and email) download the attachment on the bottom right hand column.
