There are a number of resources available to help you navigate the transition from middle school and high school to postsecondary education and a career.  Resources are available for each unique stage in the education and career pipeline for youth and young adults ages 12-25.

Did You Know?

Over 33% of youth in foster care experience five or more different school placements.

Many youth and alumni of care are eligible to receive financial assistance to attend college or technical school. The Education and Training Voucher Program is administered at a state level.
